FEES

USA Personal Shopper Fee: 

1. USD 50 min or 5% of total order for stores that ship to US office (whichever is greater).

2. USD 100 min or 7% of total order, whichever is greater, for items that need to be purchased in store, picked up at store, or requires special handling.

Store delivery fee, if any, will be borne by clients. Example online purchase from Amazon or American stores online portal.

* Personal shopper fees are not refundable 

 

Handling & Packaging Fee:

 SMALL  [5kg - 10 kg] - USD 30 per box

MEDIUM [11kg - 29kg] - USD 50 per box

LARGE [30kg - 70kg] - USD 75 per box

* Size based on dimension or weight which one is greater

Shipping Fee: Based on Nayantaka Pricing list.

 

Europe Personal Shopper Fee:

1. EUR 50 min or 5% of total order for stores that ship to Europe office (whichever is greater).

2. EUR 100 min or 7% of total order, whichever is greater, for items that need to be purchased in store, picked up at store, or requires special handling.

Store delivery fee, if any, will be borne by clients. Example online purchase from Amazon Europe or European shopping online portal.

Additional Charge :

1. Scan / photo of products: USD 5 for the first page/photo, and USD 1 per additional page/photo
2. Storage Fees: Free up to 30 days (Maximum 60 days)

After 30 days USD 1/day or USD 2/day for oversized packages (greater than 1m3)

*Any package held for 60 days will be automatically discarded.

For All Shoppers:

 

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE

 

All payments must be made in US dollars to our company account at Bank of America.

- Other currency than USD will be determined based on the exchange rates posted at the foreign currency rate of Bank of America.

- Fund transfer using bank wire transfer will bear extra fee USD 16

- Fund transfer using 3rd party such as wise.com no extra cost.
 

UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS

  1. Prohibited or Restricted Commodities

  2. Prescription items

  3. Pre-order items

  4. Made-to-order (build-to-order) items, configured electronics, Customized items (including engraving service)

  5. Used items which need to be tested for operations

  6. Bidding items (such as Ebay. We can only accept Buy It Now on Ebay)

  7. Refurbished electronics

  8. Sample or free gift products

  9. Event tickets / gift cards / magazine subscriptions / memberships / warranties / protection plans / downloadable items

  10. Locked smartphones which require a carrier contract

  11. Subscription plan (e.g., monthly supplement shipping plan)

  12. Items which require a product registration (e.g., software)

  13. Items which require buyer’s personal information (e.g., date of birth)

  14. Items which require special qualification (e.g., military personnel only)

  15. Items may be subject to US Export Control Laws

 

ORDER RESTRICTION

  • If you wish to order more than 1 of any individual exact item, please submit these requests between multiple orders.  

  • The Customer's own store account cannot be used for the order.

  • Customer’s private store coupon cannot be used for the order (Open coupons are acceptable).

  • Gift cards cannot be used for the order.

  • Order cannot be placed outside of Nayantaka business hours.

  • Buyer’s information cannot be revealed for security reasons therefore the store order details such as order number, tracking number, packing list and store invoice will not be provided to the customer.
     

UNSUCCESFUL ORDER / RETURN / EXCHANGE

 

  • If the store's purchasing process is not functioning properly and if there are problems and we are unable to reasonably contact customer service to get your order placed, there will be a minimum processing fee of $10 to cover our time and effort in trying to place your order.

  • Personal Shopper fee is not refundable in the event the retailer cancels our order after the order is placed.

  • Store return is not available.

What are the things I should be aware of before submitting a personal shopper request?

- Personal Shopper Service is an exclusive feature of Nayantaka Global Forwarding services

- Personal shopper fee is not refundable once the order is placed to the store.

- Personal shopper requests can not be modified or cancelled once the request is submitted.

- Gift wrapping option offered by a store is not accepted since each order needs to be opened for inspection when it is delivered to Nayantaka office.

- Return or exchange will not be accepted.
