HOW WE WORK?

Clients contact us through website, email and whatsapp with their orders and inquiries.
We communicate directly with you regarding the items and availability.
We assist with order collection, packaging, loading, and payment, where required.
Customers shall pay for the goods, the service fee and the delivery cost and transportation in advance.
Provide the details of your order by filling the form. If you would like to purchase from more than one store, please create a separate personal shopper request for each store.
Your requested products will be delivered to the Nayantaka office. An email will be sent to you when your package arrives at our office in the USA or Europe.
We will let you know when your purchase has arrived and ready to ship. You can request shipment immediately or wait for other items to arrive so you can consolidate and save on international shipping charges.
An email containing shipping cost and important information will be sent to you.
You also will receive another email with the tracking number of your shipment.
